For individuals who are 19 years old and above. Talking about what is happening in your life can help you be more in touch and give you greater awareness of your emotions, beliefs, behaviour, thoughts, and roles. Talking to a counsellor/therapist can empower you and boost your self-acceptance in the decisions you make for your relationships and yourself!


Here at A New Chapter, we offer sessions to explore various issues such as: 

 

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Aggression and anger management issues

  • Addiction (e.g. smoking, gambling...)

  • Communication

  • Emotional regulation

  • Low self-esteem

  • Relationship issues

  • Social challenges (e.g. bullying)

  • Self-harm

  • Stress

  • Grief and loss


Our counsellors will work together with you, to guide you to take actions that take you closer to living the life you desire. We provide a non-judgemental, unbiased, and open environment where you are welcomed to share what is on your mind.
