My Story
I am a counsellor, dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges in a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space.
I work with working professionals and mothers who are navigating stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Whether you are feeling stretched between career demands and family responsibilities, or struggling to find balance and clarity, I provide a supportive space for you to pause, reflect, and regain a sense of control.
Before transitioning into counselling, I spent over 20 years in the banking industry. This experience has given me a deep understanding of high-pressure work environments, workplace stress, and the emotional toll that demanding careers can take. I am particularly attuned to clients facing burnout, career transitions, and challenges with work-life balance.
As a wife and mother of two, I also bring personal insight into the realities of family life, parenting, and the multiple roles many women carry. This allows me to connect with clients—especially mothers—in a grounded and relatable way, while maintaining a professional and supportive therapeutic space.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I integrate evidence-based techniques such as person-centred therapy and cognitive behavioural approaches to support clients in developing self-awareness, emotional resilience, and practical coping strategies.
I welcome individuals who are seeking support, clarity, and a space to work through life’s challenges at their own pace.
