My Story
I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and ultimately achieve their potential. I am committed to providing a safe and empathetic space where you feel heard and understood, and I work collaboratively with you toward your goals. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, focusing on your strengths and inner resources to help you build the skills you need.
Before moving into counselling, I spent more than 25 years in senior corporate leadership roles across the Asia Pacific region. Along the way, I came to understand firsthand the demands of leadership, workplace pressures, burnout, career transitions, and the challenge of balancing work and family life. These insights continue to shape how I connect with and support clients today, particularly those facing the pressures of demanding careers and major life changes. I continue to advise businesses on a project basis and serve on the board of a charity, allowing me to remain connected to the realities and demands of today's workplace.
I am passionate about supporting strong marriages and families and have several years of experience mentoring couples in their relationships. As a certified facilitator of PREPARE/ENRICH and SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts), I bring both practical experience and evidence-based relationship tools to my work with couples.
I am also glad to work with you on matters of faith and spirituality, should you wish to explore these in our sessions.
Beyond providing counselling, I continue to pursue ongoing education in areas of counselling, and I volunteer with not-for-profit organisations.
Outside of my professional life, family remains an important part of my life, and I am happily married with three adult children.
